Why do the owner rights have to be transferred?
Only a verified owner can have a profile officially removed. We briefly need owner rights to file the GDPR request correctly. After removal, all permissions are gone anyway because the profile no longer exists.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. You get an electronic Stripe invoice with a 2-day payment window, payable by credit card, SEPA direct debit, EPS (instant transfer), Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a classic bank transfer. Longer payment terms for business customers on request.
Why is there a charge?
Because we carry out the procedure manually, back it up legally and take personal responsibility for it. In return you get written proof of removal. If the removal doesn't work, you pay nothing.
What exactly does the removal cost?
We quote the price case by case via WhatsApp or phone, because cases differ (one location vs. several, number of reviews, special situations). Drop us a line — you usually get an answer right away. Flat price, no hourly billing, no hidden fees.
Does the removal affect my website / SEO?
No. We remove only the Google Business Profile. Your website, domain, organic ranking and existing backlinks remain completely untouched.
Will I get into trouble with Google?
No. The procedure is based on a legal right. Google won't ban you, your account stays active, and you can create a new profile anytime. We'll guide you through a clean restart if you like.
Remove a single review?
Removing individual Google reviews is only possible to a very limited extent. Google removes a single review only if it clearly violates Google's guidelines or is unlawful (e.g. insults, defamation with proof, spam, a fake profile).
Skip protection?
Third parties (e.g. competitors or former employees) can add your business back to Google Maps without your consent using the “Add a missing place” feature. With our protection, we handle the renewed removal free of charge.
