No upfront payment. You place a paid order, but no money changes hands until your profile is gone. Once removal is confirmed, you get a Stripe invoice by email with all the usual payment methods (card, SEPA, EPS, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and a 2-day payment window. That puts the risk on us, not on you.

Then you pay nothing. Period. If your profile can't be removed for legal reasons, no invoice is issued at all. So far that hasn't happened in a single case — every profile we checked could be removed. But the assurance stands.

Yes. We remove the entire Google Business Profile, including all reviews, photos, opening hours and the Maps listing. Your business disappears completely from Google Search and Google Maps. That's the key difference from providers that only delete individual negative reviews.

Usually your profile is gone within 2 to 6 hours. In rare cases it can take longer if Google has follow-up questions — seldom more than 24 hours. That said, we don't make a binding promise about the timing in any individual case.

Yes. We are reachable 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays. If a profile needs to come down right then, the work keeps moving regardless.

Fully legal. As the owner, you have the right to erasure of your personal data under Art. 17 GDPR. We use only Google’s official procedures and rely on applicable EU data protection law. At the end you receive documentation.

We quote the price case by case via WhatsApp or phone, because cases differ (one location vs. several, number of reviews, special situations). Invoicing runs through our payment partner Stripe and is only issued after successful removal. The 19% German VAT is added automatically on the Stripe invoice. For business customers with a valid VAT ID from another EU country, the reverse-charge procedure applies (0% VAT, B2B EU).

We act on your behalf and with your authorization. From a data protection standpoint that is entirely unproblematic and completely standard for lawyers and advisory service providers. For you, the whole process stays anonymous toward Google.

A 1:1 restore once the removal is complete is not possible. If you need a Google Business Profile again later, you create a new one. It starts with 0 reviews — which many of our customers deliberately see as an advantage. We'll guide you through it if you like.

Yes. After successful removal you receive an official confirmation letter from us, including the date, time and documentation of the procedure. You can present this proof to business partners or authorities as well.

Through our payment partner Stripe we accept credit card, SEPA direct debit, EPS (instant transfer), Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. On request we also offer a classic bank transfer against invoice.

Because outside Germany it barely works in Europe, and even there only to a limited extent. We say so honestly instead of raising expectations we can't meet. Our specialty is complete profile removal.

ZeroStar specializes in the complete technical removal of a profile via Google's GDPR procedure.
